On entering the front door, a small hall gives access to both bedrooms and the sitting room. A separate door off the living room provides access to the newly built shower room and dining kitchen.

Accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom both within the original cottage.
The cosy sitting room contains the TV, cd player and the dvd player and also contains the wood burning central heating stove.
Logs are supplied for you to use on the stove.
Electricity is paid by coin meter.
The multi-fuel central heating stove when lit will provide you limitless supplies of hot water and also heat the radiators in all the rooms.

Shower room contains the usual fixtures and fittings and an electric shower.
If however you choose not to use the stove you will find electric heaters available in all the rooms and an electric immerser heater for your hot water.
The tumble dryer is available in the out house which is accessed by way of the patio doors. The outhouse is also a good place to store walking gear, bikes etc.
The oak kitchen table and chairs are also found within the kitchen.
The extensive dining kitchen incorporates an oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine along with the usual small appliances.
The double bedroom contains a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, with bedside lamps.
You will also find a hairdryer for your convenience
Beds are supplied with mattress protectors, sheets,, duvet and duvet covers and pillowcases.
The twin room contains a wardrobe, chest of drawers between the beds and bedside lamps. Again all bedding is supplied.
